Do you take insurance?

BestLife is a client focused practice and  private pay care allow us to have greater control over the care so that we can work together as long as is needed to achieve all long term goals and alter goals and plan as needed as we progress.  For this reason, we do not take insurances.  

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

You do not need a doctor's referral to begin working with us at BestLife Mobile Physical Therapy. However, we recommend consulting with your primary care practitioner before starting your program, if you have any concerns.  In some cases, we may suggest that you see your practitioner before continuing or starting program with us for your safety and well-being.

What is your new patient procedure?

At BestLife Mobile Physical Therapy, the new patient evaluation procedure begins with a comprehensive one-hour appointment scheduled at your home. During this visit,  a head-to-toe evaluation that includes reviewing your medical history and medications,  assessing your strength, range of motion, balance, and mobility through standardized tests. After the assessment, we will discuss the results, set personalized goals, and collaboratively create a plan aimed at enhancing your health and wellness.  When agreed upon, appropriate follow up and be scheduled to continue your journey towards better health and living your best life.
